Stage 1: Inquiry & Consultation

  • How to Get in Touch
Interested in creating a custom menu book? Contact Phototora via WhatsApp or Line. Even if you don’t have design experience and only have a rough idea, we’ve got you covered. Our team will guide you through the process, identify your restaurant’s needs, and provide an initial quote. We typically respond to inquiries and quotations within 2–3 business days.
  • Detailed Consultation & Initial Proposal
Based on your input, we’ll confirm key details such as final dimensions, materials, design style, printing method, and quantity. We’ll also present initial design directions—such as concept sketches or style proposals—aligned with your preferences.
  • Finalizing Materials & Printing Specifications
At this stage, we’ll finalize the type of leather, color options, and printing specifications to be used in your menu book cover.
  • Quotation & Payment Arrangement
Once specifications are confirmed, we’ll issue a formal quotation. After you review and approve the details, you can proceed with payment. All terms and conditions will be clearly outlined in the quotation document.
Note: There are no cancellation fees if you decide to cancel before payment.

 Stage 2: Design Review

  •  Reviewing the Design Draft
Phototora will provide a first draft of the design for your review and feedback. If you’re supplying your own design files, this step may be skipped—though minor adjustments may still be needed to meet printing requirements.

Stage 3: Production

  • Final Design Approval & Start of Production
Once all revisions are complete and you’ve approved the final design, we’ll begin the production and printing process.

Stage 4: Completion & Delivery

  • Delivery Method
Your finished menu book covers will be shipped directly to your restaurant or specified address via express courier.
